Paul Simos


Paul teaches a power yoga flow which works the physical body and at the same time relaxing and calming the mind. He works on finding a good balance between working, massaging and detoxifying the physical body so you can maintain a high level of physical health while at the same time teaching the students how to limit their thoughts and relax their mind to give that internal peace that we all seek.


During his class, he focuses on strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and total relaxation of body, mind and spirit.


Paul is a certified health coach and yoga instructor who has been practicing and teaching yoga since 1998. He works with clients who want to find their ideal weight, resolve a health challenge or simply want to learn how to relax and create a better life for themselves.
