As a result of various running injuries, Andy discovered yoga 5 years ago. It amazed him to find such a perfect workout to unlock tightness and heal the injuries accumulated from a previously unbalanced exercise routine.


Andy loves teaching. His classes focus on a well-rounded practice  full engagement of strength, flexibility and balance.


He recently returned from Rishikesh, India where he completed his 200-hour YTTC in the Ashtanga tradition.
