August 2013 - Yoga Picnic in District 7

You are cordially invited to join the yoga picnic in District 7 on Saturday, 17th August 2013 which is organized by Yoga Sculpt n Shape.

We have always done yoga asanas indoor and now it’s time for us to enjoy doing it outdoor in fresh air and green view at the riverside park in District 7.

Time: 07:45AM – 11:00AM

Date: Saturday, 17th August 2013

Venue: 49 Đường số 14, Khu dân cư Ven Sông, P. Tân Phong, Quận 7 (49 Street No. 14, Riverside Residences, Tan Phong Ward, District 7). Practice yard is opposite to RMIT University which is right at the toll fee station on Nguyen Van Linh Street.

Proposed program:

07:00AM                   – Depart from Yoga SnS (3 Vo Van Tan Str., Dist. 3)
07:45AM – 08:00AM – Warming up
08:00AM – 09:30AM – Yoga asanas
10:00AM – 11:00AM – Breakfast

Fee: 150,000 VND per person
